I work to create an environment of acceptance, non-judgmentalness, and empathy for all and have successfully worked with struggles such as anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, behavioral issues, relational problems, parenting skills, grief and loss, stress and a variety of other issues. I am trained in sand tray therapy, used with both children and adults, Gottman Couples Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) as well as training with the renowned Dr. Bessel van der Kolk on trauma-focused therapy.
